My sympathies to Professor Week's family. For those of us fortunate to have him as a teacher at the law school, more years ago than I would like to admit now lol, we got someone who cared about the law and about us, the new lawyers to be. Classes were always interesting, Professor Weeks made them more so by the use of examples and making the examples sometimes absurd and funny to prove a point which was always to think critically about the purpose of the law in a given situation. I know I and others have used that lesson throughout our careers. His lessons have and will carry on his legacy which was a love and respect for the law.
