Obituary for Gail J. Margiotta

Gail J.  Margiotta
Gail Margiotta, 71, of Manlius, passed away at Crouse Hospital on Thursday, November 23, 2017 surrounded by family. Born January 10, 1946 in Montclair, NJ, she was the daughter of the late George and Alice Polifka. She married her great love, Robert, on October 7, 1967 and had just celebrated 50 years of marriage.
Gail worked as the secretary for 20 years at Tecumseh Elementary School, where she loved her staff, the families and students that came through the door.
She is survived by her husband Robert; sons, Keith (Laura) and Kevin (Becky); daughter, Kim; brother, George (Tracey) Polifka; and 7 grandchildren, Matthew, Chris, Adam, Ian, Jackson, Hailey, and
Sydney.  
Calling hours will be Monday from 4-7 p.m. at Newell-Fay Manlius Chapel, 8171 Cazenovia Rd., Manlius. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Ann’s Church, 104 Academy St., Manlius. Burial will follow at Onondaga Veterans Cemetery.
