Franklin E. Mills Jr., 45, passed away Saturday. He is survived by his mother, Thelma; brother Donald (Diane) Jones; sister Judy Webb; and his dog, Dillard.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Calling hours will be from 10-11 a.m Thursday at the Newell-Fay Manlius Chapel, 8171 Cazenovia Rd., Manlius. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
