How much Charlie touched my life for almost 40 years. As a professor being one of his students at Syracuse University, or as one of his placed interns at Pneumo Corporation, as a consultant supporting my many projects in Syracuse and in New Jersey at Bristol-Myers Squibb, or as a tennis mentor and challenger, or as a supporter and team member of the Cystic Fibrosis "Challenges", or just being a true friend who you could count on whenever in need i.e. whether he was lending an ear, giving solid advice, lightening up the mood with his wit or "springing into action" to help. He will be truly missed and our hearts and prayers are with him, Jewell and the entire Gabriel family. God bless the Lord for giving us the gift of the life of Charlie Gabriel and receive him into your kingdom.
